Transworld And Wateen Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement To Expand Pakistan’s Digital

Transworld Associates and Wateen Telecom Limited have entered a strategic partnership leveraging Wateen’s long-haul fiber infrastructure to drive Pakistan’s digital transformation. The agreement was signed between Mr. Saad Muzaffar Waraich, President of TWA, and Mr. Adil Rashid, CEO of Wateen. The senior representatives from both organizations were also present at the contract signing ceremony.

Under this collaboration, Wateen will provide over 6,000+ kilometers of its extensive long-haul fiber network to TWA, enabling the deployment of a state-of-the-art DWDM infrastructure across Pakistan.

In addition to the fiber network, Wateen will also extend fiber O&M services, along with co-location facilities to ensure seamless deployment and optimal performance. Through this agreement TWA aims to build a more connected Pakistan, ensuring that businesses and consumers alike benefit from enhanced connectivity, improved resilience, and expanded digital solutions.
